Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our styling services. Please review the policy below before booking. Appointments All services are by appointment only. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Appointments are first-come, first-served. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice, based on availability. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may require a new booking. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be eligible for a refund or transfer depending on the service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or need to be rescheduled. Virtual Appointments Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection. In-Person & Travel Services Travel fees may apply for in-person services outside the standard area. For travel-based bookings, flights, lodging, transportation, and related costs will be billed separately after confirmation. All travel-related fees are non-refundable. Client Responsibility Clients must provide accurate sizing, preferences, and relevant details before the appointment. Results may vary based on availability, budget, and participation. Respectful Conduct We reserve the right to decline or end service due to inappropriate behavior or policy violations.
